For Migraines there are various oils to use, so spend the time finding the right method and combination that works for your body.
Peppermint, copaiba, frankincense or lavender oils
Apply to the temples, forehead, down the back of your neck and bottom of feet. Be sure to avoid your eyes if using peppermint oil.
If using lavender oil rub the remainder (as one drop goes a long way) in the palms of your hands and then cup your face and take a couple of deep inhales.
Inhaling the peppermint aroma will also ease nausea created from migraines.
Another effective methods is one drop of frankincense oil into the palm of your hand, press your thumb into the oil and then press your thumb on the roof of your mouth for a few seconds. The reason why? The roof of your mouth can penetrate to your blood brain barrier hence why so effective. Repeat every couple of minutes 3 or 4 times and it should relieve.
Also apply a drop of frankincense under your tongue once daily as frankincense contains anti-inflammatory properties.
Veggie capsules to drip oil into but make them as you take them. You can use frankincense and copaiba oils 3 – 4 drops of each in a veggie capsule and take as a tablet.
It’s good to always carry these oils with you so you can catch it early and find out what works best for your body.
